Counseling consists of talking through whatever issues you are facing in order to find solutions, identify inner strengths, and seek out the support systems you need to live a healthier, more balanced life. Sessions usually last 45-50 minutes; some issues require 2-5 sessions while others may require ongoing attention. Confidentiality is a top priority.
